We specialize in guiding prospective students in choosing suitable qualification, institute and location based on their background and ensuring that they experience the best of Australian education and social culture. We have significant experience with students who have had gaps in their education and can assist with suitable advice so as to meet the enrolment and visa eligibility requirements.

Student Visa (500)

This visa allows you to stay in Australia to study full-time in a recognised education institute.

  • Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
Before you apply, you must enrol into an Australian institute in a suitable qualification. A confirmation of your enrolment is a mandatory requirement to apply for this visa.
  • OSHC
Arrange for a suitable overseas student health insurance for the duration of your study period
  • English Language Proficiency
Depending on your choice of qualification, you will be required to demonstrate the appropriate English proficiency.
  • Health Examination
  • Genuine Temporary Entrant Statement (GTE)

Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE)

It is an integrity measure used by the Department to ensure the student visa is used with the intention to study and not as a means to maintain residency. The applicant is required to submit a personal statement in English to address the GTE criteria.

Following factors are taken into account when assessing the GTE suitability:

  • Circumstances in the home country (or country of residence)
  • Potential circumstances in Australia
  • Value of course to the applicant’s future
  • Immigration history of the applicant
  • In case of a minor, circumstances of the parent, legal guardian or spouse
    are also assessed.

GTE statement is the most important document of your student visa
application and can make or break your chances of getting a student visa.

Student Guardian Visa (590)

For an international student younger than 18 years studying in Australia, this visa allows their parent, legal guardian or relative to stay in Australia.

  • Be a parent, or have legal custody, or be a relative and nominated by the parent
  • Be 21 years or older
  • Be able to provide accommodation, general welfare and support to the student
  • Demonstrate financial capacity to support yourself and the student
    during the stay
  • Arrange adequate health insurance
